MI BANDUNG MUAR ABU BAKAR HANIPAH

Mi Bandung Muar is one of the unique Johor dishes that make up the Johor brand of foods. Encik Abu Bakar Hanipah's Mi Bandung Muar Special is one of the best in Muar.

The location of this shop is in Jalan Abdullah in the middle of Muar town. So, to get a parking lot might be a little hard because there are a lot of cars.

Inside the typically grimey old town Wah San kopitiam, every inch of the the walls were plastered with the photos of Sultan, ministers and artists who have visited his shop.

I love Abu Bakar Hanipah's MBM a lot because of the savoury and mildly spicy gravy. The gravy is full of ingridients. This gravy is made with diced cubes of beef, shrimps, cuttlefish, and the signature grainy sambal made mainly with ground shrimps, chili and spices.

If you guys want to make Mi Bandung on your own, you can buy the spices from his shop. He already prepared the spices and sell it in a packaging form.
