Born to be A Leader

source: google image
Good day to all, the topic for my post today is regarding leadership. Everyone is born to be a leader but not everyone can be a great leader. As why everyone is born to be a leader is because leader can be in any type of position the person held, either it's in organization or a family. If he/she in an organization he/she can be CEO of a company, platoon leader, country leader, class leader and if he/she in a family he/she can be father, husband, wife, brother, sister and you yourself. "You yourself is a leader"

''You yourself is a leader is because in order to be able to achieve your dream you need to be a leader in yourself, able to lead yourself to obey your grinding time, to lead yourself to choose not to follow or follow the rules that tied you down and etc. Lastly, for you yourself is a leader, you must be able to lead yourself to fight that inner self of you that always act as the opposite way of you, the inner self of you that always pursue you to be a lazy idiot person on this planet earth.''

Okay back to topic~~~~

A leader need to upholds their duties with all their heart. Leading their follower at the correct path, treat others equally and not bias, sharing the vision and goals of their organization, so that they can achieve in what ever things that they want to achieve.
Being a leader, you must be able to speak up in front of the others and you must be able to influence the others. A leader holds great responsibilities, if the leader fails to hold their responsibilities the organization will collapse,  their mission and vision will not be achieved.

'' The one who leads from the front is a leader. The one who sets an example is a leader. The one who walks the talk is a leader. The one who takes responsibility is a leader. The one who influences others is a leader. The one who makes a difference to others is a leader. As long as people follow the rules of leadership, they are leaders. Everybody can be a leader, but all cannot be effective leaders, as effective leaders have in them extra ingredients that not every leader possesses. It is also true that everybody is a leader regardless of their hierarchical position, from a pauper to a prince and from a peon to a principal, provided they deliver their best, unmindful of their backgrounds."
