In any organization, there should be a leader. This role is important as leader plays the key role to manage, supervise, motivate, dealing with important figure, and responsible for organization's future. It is undeniable that to deal with others, especially our subordinates or workers, can be difficult sometimes, but a good leader can manage all of this.
There are many causes or factors that lead to poor leadership. This can lead to distrust among our subordinates, which can affect the organization in achieving towards the main objectives. These causes including but not limited to:
- Communication issues.
- Lack of responsibilities and no initiative.
- Low motivation.
- Problems managing peers.
- Bad attitude.
- Poor relationship.
So in order to become a successful leader, try to avoid this problems. The most important thing you need to do to be one is make a lot of reading especially in this stuff as there are more causes that I don't listed here.
So, what is the effect of poor leadership? Below I list a few point of its effects:
- Lack of motivation among employees.
- Unable to achieve organization goals.
- Low quality of performance.
- Lack of trust to leaders.
- Causing stress and negative environment.
