How are you guys? It has been quite a time since the last time I open this blog, maybe about 5 months ago. So, today I gonna write about leadership. There were many leaders nowadays that are successful with business, career and lives which can be a good role model for us.

What is the definition of leadership? According to wikipedia, leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to lead or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organization. Meanwhile according to US academic environments, leadership is defined as a process of social influence in which a person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task.

According to European researcher Daniele Trevisani, there are several factors that can combine into leadership, include:

higher level of physical power and control others or a group members for a powerful group protector.
Superior mental energies and motivational forces, perceivable in communication and behaviors.
Higher abilities in managing the overall picture.
Higher abilities in specialized tasks.
Higher ability in managing the execution of a task.
Higher level of values, wisdom, and spirituality.
