Blood Donation

On the 21st April 2016, I helped to donate blood. Pictured here is the Hospital Melaka van. It was announced earlier that morning in colors that there would be a blood donation held in ALAM. 

At first, my blood sample was taken to identify my blood group.  

After determining our blood groups, we proceeded with blood donation.

I was done donating blood for that day, thank you nurse!

Gamer for Life

In my life, I have a few things that I got myself enthusiastically devoted to such as reading Japanese comics (manga), watching Japanese cartoons (anime), and playing online games. The entry for today is about games. As we all know, that some of us easily got hooked up playing Counter Strike, FIFA, and DOTA, since our childhood time. As a normal and healthy child, I also got categorized as a gamer during my childhood days till the present time. Even though I know that I'm not born with a talent in playing these games to be a professional, but I'm in the above average level which I'm neither a noobies nor an expert. Just being in the mid level is enough to make me enjoy the games.

I spent half of my holidays usually hangout with my friends and went to the cyber cafe to play DOTA or LOL, an online games which is a matched between 2 teams consist of 5 players each that the main objective is to destroy the towers and the enemy base camp. Other than that, to change the pace of always playing this strategy war game, I also played games that related to football such as PES and FIFA. Not only that, some of the times also I enjoy playing shooting games such as Counter Strike and Blackshot. Well, when I'm  playing on my own, I love to play a role playing games (RPG) which you can make your character stronger and choose the path of your character. All these games have their unique features which other than to spend our free time, it also benifits us in a lot different ways.

For DOTA and LOL. As we all know it is a war games which the objective is to destroy the enemy towers and enemy base camp. But to do so, it will not be a very easy task since there is obstacles such as the enemy minions and you will face the enemy heroes. Well, to be a victor in this games, there are a lot of factors that needed to be taken into account. Such as the enemies' heroes strength and weaknesses, how each of your teammates choose their heroes role which can helps you be at an advantage during the game and be a disadvantage for the enemies. All these teaches you how to process facts at highly speed which improves your analytical and critical thinking, and teaches you how to shape your teamwork with others by cooperating and not blaming others for their mistakes.

DOTA

Then, for shooting games such as Counter Strike and Blackshot. Well, almost similar setting to DOTA and LOL, it teaches us to always coordinate in a team. But the different is, this game is on entirely different zone. Once your hands already set on the keyboard and mouse, you will have the maximum focus which trigger your brain to be in the state of zone. Since this game have no respawn like the previous ones and only you will be respawn after there is a winner on either side, you will only have one life similar setting to a real life shooting war. I always play these shooting games with a mindset that I'm the real person in this game, and if somebody shoots me, it is all over for my life.

COUNTER STRIKE

Lastly, talk about games related to RPG (role playing game). This game is all about gaining experience to make your character stronger and how you solve the problems and quests that comes along the way for your character story line. For me, I love RPG that their setting in the fantasy world where you can use magical weapons and unleash the skills that you learn. Fighting monsters, forming a party with others, and have your own adventures, is just an excitement that you could not describes.

In conclusion for my entry, I have lived many lives, worn many faces, and taken many names. But my true name will forever be mine alone. I have traveled to different time periods and walked in different realms and universes, and beheld their natural laws and wonders. I have seen things that transcend the imagination, done things that forever haunt me, and I know things that must never be spoken. I have made friends, only to lose them. I have walked and fought alongside companions, courted many lovers, only to leave them all in the end. I have been a hero to many, enemy to even more, a mentor to some, and even a monster to the others. I am a GAMER.

salam warga 18 alpha.., ye ye saya tahu, awal lagi nak ucap selamat hari raya, tapi tu la, entah bila lagi nak buka blog ni kan..hehe (macam tahu2 je, tak akan buka blog lps ni) tapi takpe la, saya hanya nak ucapkan selamat hari raya aidilfitri dan minta maaf la, kalau ada apa2 silap atau salah tu...,

saya hanya nak cakap satu benda je, kita warga alpha di alam ni, tinggal satu sem je lagi, jadi, saya harap kita sama2 dapat naik, sama2 dapat harungi semua cabaran dalam hidup kita ni.

jangan lupa kawan2 kita yang sekarang ni, dan juga yang kawan2 lain yang akan datang sem depan nanti. hidup kita ni kena skali-kala ingat pasal orang lain jugak, jangan hanya pentingkan diri sendiri, belajar la untuk sentiasa bertolak-ansur agar hidup kita pada masa depan itu lebih terjamin.

maksud saya tu lepak sekali dengan kawan2, kerana masa yang terluang sekarang ni takkan kembali lagi, satu je yang saya nak cakap (dah berapa banyak satu dahh), apa saja kita nak buat atau lakukan tu, jadi kan ia satu benda yang cukup menarik untuk diceritakan kepada anak, cucu kita nanti... baikla tu saja nukilan saya pada kali ini...adios amigos..

magician performing magic tricks are magical

well good day lads.., today I'm gonna talk about an interesting act, hobby or whatever you will call it.., that will make each and everyone of you to be left in an amaze and shock..that is MAGIC..!

most of us, well actually everyone..., loves magic tricks, no matter whether its done by the professionals, or by an ordinary kid. but today I'm gonna give a simple explanation on the types of magic that we see, feel or do today.

Close-up-magic: this is the most challenging magic of all, its because its done right in front of the audience and normally, it takes place in the spectator's hands by using simple props.

Stand-up-magic: this is performed by using simple props such as handkerchiefs, balls and cards. this is done away from the audience. 

Stage magic: this trick is performed on the stage with larger crowd and larger props, and it involves assistants or animals (no animals will be harmed)

Street magic: these days, many performers tend to do this, whereby the stop the passer-by on the streets while having their film crew to filmed it. (almost the same as the close-up)

Escapology: is the term used to refer, to the act of "magically" escaping from locked box, or straitjacket or any locks (which made Houdini famous)

String art

baik la, harini abam nak share satu benda yg agak menarik la utk uolls, ni pasal seni paku dan benang, atau lebih dikenali sebagai 'string art'. Yang dibawa ini, salah satu seni yg siap dibuat oleh abam, tapi niat sebenar, bukan untuk menunjuk tapi , untuk mempromosikan seni ni... jgn risau sebelom tu biar abam tunjuk sikit proses pembuatan nye...

Paku kena ikut ketebalan papan

pertama sekali, pemilihan papan, paku dan benang amatlah penting, kerana semua tu merupakan element yang penting (mana tak penting, tu je benda yg kita guna...hehe) disini, abam gunakan paku jenis 1/2 inci dan 2 jenis benang (putih dan merah jambu) dan papan jenis, 'wood-dusts' ataupun hampagas kayu..(mungkin tu namanye) tapi disyorkan mengunakan papan jenis MDF.

okayla first of all, abam buat 'template' dulu, lukis biasa2 je.., lepas tu buat ukuran untuk jarak paku itu...lepas tu apalagi? kasi ketukkk laa!! okay bab ini, sape2 yang berumur 13 tahun ke bawah tu, sila minta ibu bapa buatkan kay, takut nanti luka pulak...hehe

okay lepas tu, ikat benang di sebatang paku dulu, lepas tu tarik sampai ke paku2 yang seterusnya.. nampak senang kan..? tapi..!!!! benda sekecil ini boleh mengambil masa sebanyak 3-5 jam, bergantung pada tahap ketelitian sesebuah projek tu..! (penat abam buat tau)

heyy hooman, today i would like to share some pictures that will blow your mind away, its all about optical illusions, i mean everyone like to have their brain tested once in awhile ehh...

like here is the first one, can you see 2 diferent colors? now place your index finger at the middle of this 2 color (where the red arrow is) and wait for few seconds..........ahaa!! can you see that it became 1 color..??

hotel oh hotel..

Salam semua, harini saya ingin kongsi bersama anda beberape tips mengenai dunia perhotelan ni. Tapi ni semua hanya boleh digunakan di beberape hotel je (bro takkan nk apply ni kt hotel budget, bro).

Okay la, ni kebanyakkan berlaku di hotel2 bertaraf 5 bintang ke atas, yg pertama, bile nk ‘check-in’ je, pastikan seblom kita diberi salam, kau bagi salam kt org di ‘front office’ tu. Haa, kan dah bagi diorg idea yg kita ni pelanggan yang baik. Dari situ, automatik diorg akan bagi kita bilik yg ade promosi. Sebab kebanyakkan org kt ‘front office’ tu ade 2 set harga bilik. Satu yang mahal dan  satu lagi harga lepas promosi (walaupun masa tu takde promosi pun), dan harga tu akan diberi berdasarkan macamne kita layan ‘front office’ punya staff tu.

Tu masa ‘check-in’, bila dah masuk bilik, masa tu lah kadang2 kita mengatal nk bantal lebih la, selimut lebih la, tilam spring lebih la dan macam2 lagi. Tapi semua barang2 tu ada caj lebih, jadi kalau nk menjimatkan duit tu, sebab bukan nak duduk hotel tu sebulan ke setahun, kadang satu malam je, boleh ikut tips ini, tapi ni kene ada ‘sentry’ (org jaga line lerr). Setiap tingkat hotel (yang ada bilik je), mesti ada stor yang tertulis kt pintu, ‘PANTRY’. Haa, ni la gua harta karun yg dicari2 tu. Dalam stor tu ade semua yang diperlukan seperti bantal, selimut, siap katil untuk seorg yg ‘portable’ and boleh dilipat.

Masa dlm bilik pulak, pastikan bawa penhadang pintu sendiri (ala benda getah kecil yg duk sepit kat bawah pintu tu la) sebab skrg semua hotel guna kad untuk buka atau kunci pintu bililk. Kad itu hanya perlukan masa sebanyak 5 minit untuk disediakan. Jadi hati-hati la kalau nak privasi (faham2 lerr).

Dalam billik tu, jangan la nak guna gelas dalam toilet atau mana2 cawan, sbb (cite sini, habis sini la ye), ramai staf ‘house-keeper’(bukan semua) akan guna satu kain untuk lap meja atau sinki, jadi barang2 berdekatan pun dilap sekali lerr dengan kain yang sama. Guna je air botol mineral tu kalau dahaga macam dah lama sesat kat padang pasir tu..

Ada pulak yang jenis suka nak buka tingkap la, kononnya nak ‘enjoy the view la, enjoy the morning breeze la’, tak payah nak buat semua tu. Haa, sebab die, tingkap tu sejak hotel tu dibina, sampai la sekarang, takde ‘maintenance’ yang dibuat, selain cuci (tu pun bahagian luar je). Banyak kes, tingkap jatuh, orang jatuh pun ada sebab sandar kat situ. Jadi, biarkan tingkap tu, nk buka langsir pun elok2 sikit, kang langsir pulak yang tercabut…hehe

Baiklah, itu sahaja la, buat masa sekarang ni, jadi kalau nak ‘check-in’ tu, jangan la tengok hotel lawa je, pastikan selamat dan bersih. Ape2 pun, nikmatilah percutian anda ye.. adios amigos
