Takoyaki ^_^

Assalamualaikum guys, so I want to share about a bit of my life when I was on my second ship. So as you know, LNG ships mostly sails to Japan for discharging cargo there. As we almost went there every 2 week (Approximately), it was a good opportunity to learn about Japanese culture. So I took this chance and learn how to make Takoyaki. I doing it with my friend to all ship's personnel. And it was really amazing. So here I want to show some pictures of the ingredients that was used.


Left side, the Takoyaki sauce,similar to
Worcestershire sauce.

This is the type of flour which is

Usually Takoyaki used squid as its
core substances, but we also make
various variety by using burger and etc.
We also add some cabbage.

This is called bonito flake. It is derived from
Bonito fish which had been dried,
fermented, and smoked.
