Hey guys, this is me, so how is life everyone?
I know life has been very very difficult but that wont stop you from doing what you have to do.
So today I would like to share with you guys about how to be an effective leader.
Before that, the word leader can be defined as the person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country. By this definition, what can we really understand is that a leader take charge of things. He's responsible for making decisions and so on.
The first step to be an effective leader is to be BOLD. It is strange right, why do you guys even need to be bold. As a leader, you need to be confident in every thing that you are doing. You cannot keep quiet and be shy. In order for people to follow your orders, you need to be a bold leader.
The third step to be an effective leader is to understand people's needs. The role of a leader is to make sure that people meet their basic needs. Leaders with a strong sense of integrity will quickly earn the trust and respect of their employees or followers. Generally, when a leader knows the people's needs, hope would be developed and the people would put their trust on the leader.

A leader cannot use only one style because there is no single leadership style that is perfect. By doing this, a leader would be able to maximize the outcome of their subordinates regardless of their backgrounds and so on.

The third step to be an effective leader is to understand people's needs. The role of a leader is to make sure that people meet their basic needs. The fourth step of being an effective leader is to have a strategic plan. Plan is very essential because it helps you to make sure that the activities or works are running smoothly. When you have the plans, you can maximize the outcome of something. A leader cannot do all the things by himself, they need to have people to help them. That is why planning is really essential to help the organization to perform better.

The fifth step of becoming an effective leader is to Recognize Achievements. Followers, subordinates or someone who's helped to complete something, they deserve to be recognized. This is to boost their morale and they'd feel appreciated. Besides, it helps to keep the ball rolling, in other word, the continuity of the achievements.

The last but not least is to Share your visions. For me this last step is very important, you need to know why do you need to share your visions. People or your followers would be expecting a brighter future for them, the country and etc. So by sharing your visions, the support that you'd be gaining will be increased and the chances of getting things done are higher.

That's all from me. There's more but for me, i think that's the necessary thing that a leader should know. Trust me, by applying these steps, and if you have a strong heart, you will be able to accomplish and to achieve things in no time.
